INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 19, 2020) – SupplyKick, which delivers marketing, advertising, logistics, and account management expertise for brands selling on Amazon, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. This is the first year the company has been recognized by the annual program, which was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group and is in its 15th year.
To determine the winners, companies from across the state entered a two-part survey process. The first aspect consists of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, while the second part entails an employee survey to measure the overall employee experience. The combined scores then determined the top companies awarded to the Best Places to Work in Indiana list.
“Receiving this honor is a remarkable achievement that reflects our commitment to fostering a culture where employees can thrive,” said SupplyKick Founder and CEO Chris Palmer. “Our company has seen exceptional growth because every member of our team is a marketplace expert committed to shaping the future of how brands and people engage on Amazon. Whether we’re interacting with partners, or giving back in the community, the SupplyKick team embodies a commitment to inclusivity and service to others that is unmatched.”
Among other perks, SupplyKick offers every employee a minimum salary of $50,000, a flexible work environment and community engagement through volunteer opportunities, as well as annual stipends for professional education, wellness and technology.
The Best Places to Work honor follows a successful seven-figure funding round and the recent move of SupplyKick’s headquarters to Elevator Hill as a result of continued growth and the need for more collaborative office space and additional warehousing. In 2018, SupplyKick received the “Best of Tech” Mira Award for Scale-up of the Year, and 2017, it earned a spot on the Inc. 500 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America.
Specific Best Places to Work company rankings will be unveiled on Thursday, April 30, at an awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College.
